Centre of Polymer Systems has obtained the prestigious HR Award
5. March 2019Centre of Polymer Systems has obtained the prestigious HR Award. This success placed the centre among the less than 10 top research institutes in the Czech Republic that can be proud of this award.
The HR Award is granted by the European Commission to research institutions that create a transparent working environment at an international level and whose human resources management policy in research and development is in compliance with the 40 principles of the Charter and the Code. By receiving this award CPS also undertook to further improve working conditions for its employees, especially researchers. This award increases not only the international attractiveness of the centre but also increases the prestige of the whole TBU in Zlín.
